Drivers submit a profile and vehicle details. Shacaale reviews them before the account can accept rides.

A safe ride starts before the wheels move: with a driver we have reviewed, a vehicle that matches the app, and a PIN that confirms you are in the right place.

These are not optional add-ons. They are part of the standard Shacaale trip.
Pickup PIN
Every ride gets a four-digit PIN. Share it with the driver before the trip starts so both sides confirm the match.
Live location
Follow the driver and vehicle on the map while they are on the way to your pickup.
Trip record
Your ride history keeps the route, fare, and trip details, so there is a record after the ride ends.
Before pickup
Match first.
Then move.
A minute of checking prevents a wrong ride. Use the app as the reference, not the street.
Check the driver name
Confirm it matches the name shown in your ride.
Check the vehicle and plate
The bajaj and plate should match the details on screen.
Share the PIN
Give the four-digit pickup PIN to the driver before the trip begins.
Confirm the fare
Make sure the amount matches your estimate. If it does not, do not start the trip.

During and after
If something
feels wrong.
You never have to continue a trip that does not feel safe. Stop in a public place and end the ride.
During the ride
Speak up, then step out.
Ask the driver to stop somewhere safe and public. End the trip in the app when you are out. If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
After the ride
Report it with details.
Send the ride details, time, and what happened to hello@shacaale.com. We review reports against the ride record and driver account.
A note on location. Shacaale uses location to match you with nearby drivers, guide pickups, and record the trip. Your live location is connected to the ride, not broadcast publicly.
